Hayley Orrantia (born in the year 1996) is an American actress, singer and songwriter. Most people know her by the title of Erica Goldberg, from the TV show, 'The Goldenbergs. She is primarily a musician. Music was always her first love. After she turned 12 years old, music was taken seriously enough, that she started formal training. At the age of 13 She began to write herself songs. The album that she first released was released 14 years later. Since then, there's nothing but positive. Orrantia is a native of the USA but she is a native of the United States with Hispanic origins. She's proud of her fact that she has Hispanic roots although she was raised in English exclusively and has never lived in Mexico. Through studying Spanish and composing songs, she tries to maintain the spirit of her culture. The most famous of these songs is "Hasta Verte," a song she composed in Spanish. Orrantia appeared on The X Factor during its inaugural season, which aired in the summer of 2011. Orrantia took home the very first season of The X-Factor when she uploaded a YouTube performance video. The judge gave her an impressive four "yes" vote from the judge during the live stage in Seattle. At first, she auditioned as a soloist, she and three female singers were grouped in the final auditions of "Hollywood Week". They were eliminated during the fifth week during the live program.
