Ina-Garten
Ina Garten, an American author of cookbooks on cooking as well as Emmy Award-winning host of Food Network's longest-running program Barefoot Contessa which began broadcasting in 2002 and will run for 27 seasons to 2020. Ina began to write policies and nuclear energy papers to the White House. Although she initially found it intellectually stimulating she eventually became bored. Then she bought a Barefoot Contessa a small speciality food store. Before selling the business it took her an entire 18 years transforming it into a highly successful store. In the following years, numerous cookbooks were published, and she also wrote magazine columns. Another success was the Food Network Television show. Additionally, she sells items including food-related ingredients, storage containers and equipment. Ina has never attended any cooking academy and has never worked in restaurants. Ina is completely self-taught. Her easy-going approach to entertaining as well as her simple culinary style is widely known. Her most well-known recipes are Skillet with Roasted lemon Chicken Mac and Cheese, Beef bourguignon, Mac and cheese with Beatty's Chocolate Cake as well as Lemon Bars.
