She was a key thought leader in translating enterprise-wide objectives and strategic plans into business strategies and the engagement of employees. She enjoys learning and believes that the growth of leaders and teams as the most competitive advantages. With her broad experience of working with Fortune 500 as well as smaller and mid-sized businesses in the development and coaching of managers, and achieving result, she was able to help create organizations that embrace learning innovation and change.
